Can I ask you a small favour?
Every week, I send a Spanish conversation challenge.
Inside, you usually find a short video or scene, useful vocabulary, simple explanations,
and a conversation challenge so you can practise real Spanish.
But I want to be honest with you.
I don’t want to keep sending emails to people who are not interested.
So, if you would like to continue receiving my Spanish classes and challenges,

Also, just so we are clear:
from time to time, I will also tell you about my paid offers.

What “La Tribu” Actually Means
La Tribu means “The Tribe.” In Spanish, a tribe implies belonging, shared values, and identity. When Monica says “Welcome to La Tribu,” she means: you’re not just a student, you’re part of something.
Key Phrases from This Email
¿Sigues aquí? — Are you still here? Seguir + gerund means “to keep doing something”: sigo aprendiendo (I keep learning), sigue lloviendo (it keeps raining).
Sin rencores — No hard feelings. Literally “without grudges.” Polite and real.
España puede estar llamando — Spain may be calling. Present continuous expressing something imminent.
