This my personal project, I offer online Spanish lessons with an unique approach to learning Spanish language and culture. My online Spanish lessons focus on using culture-based stories to teach the language, rather than traditional grammar-based methods. This allows my students to immerse themselves in the language and culture of Spanish-speaking countries in my Spanish classes, while learning in a fun and engaging way. My goal is to make learning Spanish classes accessible to everyone, regardless of their previous language experience.

In my classes, I gather stories about Hispanic culture and I totally customize them for your level. You just have to sit back, relax, and soak it all in. By the end of the class, you’ll be sweating like a pig doing burpies while hanging from the ceiling!

I tell you what I don't do in my classes
My commandments:
- I don’t teach grammar. Just very basic grammar, no more than 5 minutes explanation.
- I don’t use boring stories. My stories are interesting, about culture, festivals, history…
- I don’t teach advance levels. Because I think after intermediate level, after show you how to learn yourself, you are ready to roll on your own.
- I don´t do regular conversation classes. Believe me, speaking without getting lots of comprehensible input is not going to happen. I offer you this, and short interaction and conversation according to your level.
- I don’t use vey complicate vocabulary, there is not need. I will use the most common vocabulary and similar words between Spanish and English.
- I don’t speak or write difficult stories for you to understand. I will adapt my stories to your level.
- I don’t try you to adapt to my calendar. My classes are very flexible. You choose the moment you want to attend the classes and where. Different times during the week (up to 20 monthly classes) and recordings of the classes available for you.
- I don’t use boring stories from books or texts without a context. I will write my own stories for you and give this vocabulary a context to help memorising easy.
- I don’t force people to speak. Every person has its own process. I support you in this process.
- I don’t lie to you. If you don´t listen or read Spanish adapted to your level, you won´t learn in 10 years.
- I don´t lose your time or mine. If you feel like the classes are not for you, no worries, you can try a different approach, and I will be happy with your feedback to keep learning.
- I don´t make you feel uncomfortable in class. Because you need to feel relaxed to speak.
- I don´t ask you to answer, do complicate and boring exercises. No need to suffer. You just need to listen, read, understand and speak according to your level.
- I don´t use testimonials, because you can try yourself the class. Why trust a strange person when you can try yourself?
You probably believe that speaking Spanish isn’t your cup of tea, that learning languages just isn’t your forte. But let me tell you, there’s no age or condition that should hold you back. We are all perfectly capable of mastering other languages. I get it, you might be thinking that way – I used to believe it was impossible for me to learn English. I’ve struggled all my life, and here I am now, writing these lines. I wish I could have learned the way it’s portrayed, enjoying every moment, conversing from the get-go, fully comprehending in class, but nope, that wasn’t the case.
Now I run my classes as I want. This is my personal project. I have investigated about the most efficient teaching methodologies, but I still need your help. I need you to try one of my classes and your feedback to keep going. Its not only to attend class, is also a reflection about how the class was, it was interesting, was useful? Are you up to it?
